Optimal Performance Training

With optimal performance coaching, we use your body to get into movement. Anyone can join, taking your own frame – your body – as the starting point. Within the optimal performance training, we will be doing different exercises for an optimal performance. We use this method to make you aware of your energy givers and takers, we will give you tools to hold focus. Step by step you will grow into a new mindset and you will notice significant differences in your daily life.

Everyone must have the opportunity to know about his/her body and health is always what we make of it.

What will you experience?

​We all understand the world through different frames. Framing is inevitable. We can talk about the colour blue for hours, but at the end of the day we are never 100% sure blue is the same to you as it is to me. You are much more than just your body and your condition(s), and to me it’s mostly about the person behind the condition(s). You are (good) as you are, but you are also a ‘work in progress’. As a coach, I am guiding you on a journey. I don’t know any better than you do. I know something different and together we will explore what your needs are and how I can help you best to achieve your goals. Together, we will find the way towards your personal healing process.

''Life is a relay, not a marathon''

​This is exactly what finding Optimal Performance is all about. With the special Mind5 M.E.T.H.O.D you (and your coworkers or friends) will go through the process of experiential learning. This method is scientifically designed by an ambitious Dutch woman who saw the need for stress-relief in society. It sounds so easy, but we still find it so hard to find our own inner peace. We use this method to make you aware of your energy givers and takers, we will give you tools to hold focus and to get to a state of optimal performance.

This journey takes about 6 weeks and we will have one 1.5 to 2 hour training session every week. Step by step you will grow into a new mindset and you will notice significant differences in your daily life. We will cover the subjects:

  • M = Manage Stress, Pressure and Crisis Situations

  • E = Energy Management

  • T = Team work

  • H = Hold Focus

  • O = Optimal Performance

  • D = Development & Reflection

It's a sharp reset and the right environment to create awareness. I have learned to create more space to realise what I am working on, what costs me energy.
To me the vibe was really good and everything is really clearly explained. And you, as trainer, made it really easy for everybody to go along with the exercises.
